About us
Five of us, one office above the shops on The Mall in Clifton Village, and a deliberately short list of homes at any one time.
Why we exist
Eleri started Atlas & Oak in 2016 after a decade inside two of the big corporate agencies. The work there had quietly stopped being about houses. It was about winning instructions at any valuation, hitting targets on mortgage referrals, and moving on.
So we kept the parts that matter and threw out the rest. We value honestly, even when a softer number would win the business. We take on what we can actually look after. And we stay with a sale through the messy middle, which is the part that decides whether you move or not.
The team
No regional managers, no faceless progressions department. These are the people who will value, photograph, show and sell your home.

Sales & viewings
Does more viewings than anyone in the office and remembers every buyer's budget without checking. Ask him anything about Southville or Bedminster.
Marketing & photography
Takes the photographs, draws the floorplans and writes half the descriptions. Holds strong views on wide-angle lenses and the word 'stunning'.
Sales progression
The one who rings the solicitors. Keeps sales together when they would rather fall apart. Calm to the point of being faintly annoying about it.
Client care & office
First voice on the phone and keeper of the diary. Knows where all five of us are meant to be at any given moment. The place does not run without her.
Where we work
Most of Bristol north of the river, and the green pockets just across it. Click an area to see what we're selling there now.
Get in touch
Buying, selling, or just want to register so you hear about homes early. Drop us a line, or call the office between nine and six on a weekday. The kettle is usually on.
